Contacts via system messaging, Email and text message (provided a phone number is present) will be done before refunding and incorrect order.
Refunds are subject to a 3.25% processing fee.
Due to the custom nature of our product, returns or exchanges are not possible. Once printed, there can be no alterations.
Items lost in the mail or stolen from destination are not refundable. Tracking is provided with your order. Please contact USPS in case of such package issues.
Incorrect addresses supplied by you are not in our control, please be sure to correctly place your order to confirm correct shipment.
Please contact the USPS for details about what can be done to find your package. We have no control over that.
