Due to the custom nature of our product, returns or exchanges are not possible.  Please be sure of the prints you are ordering.  If the order has already printed, there can be no alterations, so please check your order carefully when submitting. 

Items lost in the mail or stolen from destination are not refundable.  Incorrect addresses supplied by you are not in our control, please be sure to correctly place your order to confirm correct shipment. Please contact the USPS for details about what can be done to find your package. We have no control over that. 

If we have made a mistake with your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issue as soon as possible.
